What is the purpose of the Department of Energy of the Philippines?
This is one branch of government has yet to prove itself. Until now, the Energy Department has only echoedthe feelings of the big oil companies. Energy Department sit in their air conditioned offices, wait 5 pm for return and contact the nearest bar. How useless is this department? Why we need a DOE?
