how to build a small wind turbine?
Hello, I want to build a small wind turbine, but the only ones I find go in a kit or are extremely complicated. I want to build my own without using a kit or spend much money, are there sites that show how to build one? Also, we have no power tools @ my house, so it will not be able to do any operations involving such tools. thanks xoxo
