How can someone who can get a grant for your city or something like the construction of photovoltaic modules?

I want to know (assuming that the city allows it) and come as some financial assistance through the city to create a bit of green (such as solar panels or a wind turbine). How do I get city approval and cooperation?

This is just my 2 cents, but could be better spend their money on energy efficiency and energy conservation measures. Solar electricity is a big but expensive technology (even with discounts). We used the program listed below to reduce our energy consumption and emissions of greenhouse gases by half. Our total savings is about 46,000 kWh per year. A solar electric (PV), rig that would generate the equivalent of 46,000 kWh per year would cost about $ 200,000! We paid a total $ 7,800 in about 20 projects in all to reduce our energy consumption by 46,000 kWh / year, and this is saving about $ 3,900 per year our energy bills. In other words, energy conservation and energy efficiency measures cost almost as much as solar power platforms, and pay dividends far greater – a sort of win-win.
