Could this idea to save U.S. service members and Iraqi and Afghan military and civilian life?

And then went home U.S. troops that would help the government of these war torn countries to keep afloat better and help them compensate for areas that are lacking in know it sounds intrusive, streets and intersections throughout the Americas already have cameras to watch people's red light and who knows what else, and we are not even in combat zones (which I believe must be stopped). Would not this make FDI almost obsolete and help our allies?
Not a bad idea, but very expensive to apply. Then you have to wonder how to keep bad guys from the surveillance cameras? How get the bad guys not only operate outside the reach of the cameras? How to prevent locals from stealing them? Serving the monitors? Is it better the cameras mounted on planes?
