Attic fan before investing – Has anyone ever measured to see if the temperature has changed? 2nd part thanks to the question?
1) This will the lowest of the DC solar fan line about 800 CFM and about $ 250. I am measuring 114f in the attic and now they want to do everything possible to reduce the electricity bill. As I asked, did anyone physically seen a difference to justify buying? 2) I have a "pyramid" (sorry) of roof with 3 static vents on 3 sides of the roof. Do I need the air intake or exhaust ventilation power?
i personally have installed some ceiling fans and do a good job of clearing heat in the attic. make it very fast and the aim is to allow it to cool your home with the AC and no heat in the attic have to worry about. only give around 10 minutes. I have installed is mounted directly on the ventilation luver speaker. only need one of them but more is always better sometimes. Remember you do not want to spend more money than the 250 for the unit and use electric fan and air conditioning. I'm sure you can install the unit yourself in about 30-40 minutes. there are only 2 wires and a ground wire. you can not mess up. if you want to guide through then send me an answer on this site. i receive an email and answer all your questions.
