Where and who can get a scholarship for my distance, computer-based Masters Program?
I enrolled in a distance-based Master computer program with the World University of Leadership, New York, USA. My course is Masters in Leadership Studies and Development, to run from July 2006 Julyu 2008. I need my computer, preferably a laptop, solar power system that I am in a remote part of Uganda, 4 inches a printer (with fax, scanner and photocopier), Internet access, and enrollment of 3,500 U.S. Dollars. I am a Catholic priest, ordained in 2004 by Nebbi Catholic Diocese – Uganda. I have two bachelors degrees – in philosophy and theology. I'd like to win the title for me to be in better conditions, by contemporary standards to help my people head for Development, that development is both a state of mind and physical reality in which society has, through a combination of social, economic, political, cultural and institutional processes, said through a better life, to clearly distinguish possible and the impossible.
