solar power kwh
Hi guys, I have an equation of physical science can not get my head?

* = Cost of power × time × cost of 1 kWh A panel large solar provides an average of 500 watts of electricity. The cost of 1 kWh of electrical energy is 12.5p. How long does it take the solar panel to produce £ 1 worth of electricity? A B. 0.6 hours 16 hours C 40 hours D 62.5 hours The official response from the Board's review of B, 16 hours. But I really do not have idea of what is involved in making that response. Any help is greatly appreciated, Thanks

£ 1 is 100 pence 100 pence divided by 12.5 cents per kilowatt hour for 8 hours is 8 hours kW kW is 8,000 watt-hours watt 8000 hours divided by 500 watts is 16 hours £ 1 will give 8000 watts of electricity, the solar panel will 16 hours to deliver 8000 watts. Hope this helps, please, please, give me 10 points. Cheers. PS kW hours or watt-hours are watts per hour, but watts multiplied by hours.
