How can I use solar energy in my house?
I lack the power to only a few household items with a small solar panel. What need? I know I need a solar panel and some form of AC-DC converter, and a battery, perhaps? How do I wire up? I do not want to spend a fortune doing this, I'm alone in an apartment, so it must be small and autonomous. Thank you!
Good luck, without spending a fortune. Panel of over 100 watts $ 400. investor for a junk one is 50 (200 if it's good) another 20-40 for a regulator, another 100-200 for some offenders. You're looking around $ 800 for something that could feed your TV for a few hours each day. At this point after everything that all you do is wire that up.It 's really easy. Two cables come panel on the controller. Two wires go from the regulator to the battery. Two wires from the battery to the inverter. power inverter you want. More time that come with plugs normal AC.
