How much land to live 100% of the earth?

I wondered if I wanted to live independently at 100% of the land for the rest of my life How much land does it take? This means that there should ever buy anything at the store once it was created. I have a small house (600 m² / Ft) Large garden (enough to feed me all year) small farm in the small green fish house land for grazing animals to produce field hay for feeding livestock, etc. area with solar panels to produce 120% of my electricity needs of a large water fountain in a forest that could cut wood for fuel, but it must be big enough to grow faster than I use a small young orchard of 20 trees Gallinero small shed Wood / shop metalworking (600 square feet), small pond for water backup 5 cows 20 chickens 1 horse, 3 goats

Wow .. your plans actually sounds pretty good … Let me start by saying that we (my family and I) live completely, 100% "off-grid and are completely self-sufficient" use of alternative fuels and energy. I was in the exact same situation years ago as some. com www water-LUN does not leave our ranch, except once or twice annually, mostly for travel and vacations. We raise meat and milk goats, chickens for meat and eggs, ducks for meat and eggs, trap havilina (wild boar), rabbit, quail. BREW beer in our own home grown products, preserve our fruits, vegetables, etc. and patchy smoke meat, make our own soap, cheese. There are no utility lines, no water lines, roads, tv, cell service, etc. on our ranch. Everything needed is produced here. All electricity comes from 27 solar panels, 2 wind gens and a back hydrogen generator if needed (typically we can last 9 days with all the luxuries of time without sun, no wind, has not happened yet). The water is captured and storage of rain. Hot water is made with solar water heaters with a lot of hydrogen in hot water demand as backup. Even our vehicles use alternative energy (2 hydrogen trucks, 1 EV electric vehicle converted). We lived beside himself enough of the Internet for over 5 years. In 2003 I left an engineering position with Boeing, which sold 2 houses and most of our positions, bought a small farm in West Texas near the border with Mexico, built a house completely green with 100% recycled and local (rock, sand, wood stay) materials, built a wind generator and some solar panels, built a hydrogen generator and turned the vehicles running on alternative energy bought some goats, chickens, ducks, llamas, etc., a composting toilet, the water storage tanks, planted crops and fruit trees and settled in the long term. They usually do not leave the ranch for 6-8 months at a time, and only then to visit family. The house is built using natural materials, nature, wood stoves, solar chimney, solar AC, solar heating, solar water heating (pool and home), solar stove, solar energy, wind power, hydrogen powered back up generator, hydrogen back up water heater, hydrogen stove, 2 trucks hydrogen powered, 1 EV (electric vehicle) and satellite Internet. To see some photos Water Ranch www-com Mon also built many small cabins at the ranch we offer family, friends and our site outside the customer network of the workshop, including a straw Bale, one papercrete, earth bag and adobe, one cob and firewood, one meter and rammed earth, log and post and beam and a rock. Later I wrote one of several guides on how to build with alternative materials, alternative energy / fuels using alternative methods for next to nothing. Anyone interested can check it out at water .. www-com Mon As we have no bills, no mortgage and no tax .. have little use for money (extra money saved usually goes to the holidays, we like to travel to Mexico). For more information on how to make the transition easily, let me know. Hope this helped, feel free to contact me personally if you have any questions if want help making your first self sufficient steps, I'm willing to walk step by step threw the process. I have written several practice guides available at www-yourself water-com moon on the subject. Also offer online and field workshops, seminars and internships to help others help the environment.
