Would it be possible to use solar panels on the roof of a large 5 story building that houses a nonprofit?

Building is 5 floors of roof height and Sun 24 hours – no shade, unless the clouds. Nonprofit is experiencing problems $ $ – it was just kind of exchange of ideas. To incentives to companies $ $ / nonprofit for solar energy? Is it possible to place the panels on the roof? It is flat and the roof is 3 years old, but The building is 100 years old. I do not recommend the use of solar photovoltaics in order to make money. Energy solar PV is an expensive way to generate electricity. You may not sell electricity anywhere as much money as it cost to do so.
