What would a natural disaster like a flood or earth quake effect of wind turbines?
The wind turbines would not be susceptible to flooding because they are usually located on ridges or more places. However, an earthquake most likely cause damage to the towers. I do not think that are designed to be earthquake-proof, because the structure is rigid enough to withstand the weight of the turbine and associated equipment at the top.
